Today I had a great ride on the bike, just enjoying the spin of the legs and the sun from above. I didn't want to focus to much on the watt number, just tried to enjoy myself while training in the lovely Danish summer, which finally has arrived.
The last couple of days has been really hectic and frustrated, and for just a moment I thought that my cross season would end before it really began, but everything now seems a bit brighter and I can start looking forward again.
Yesterday I had a closure on what to do according with the upcoming cross season. Even though the weather here as been really great the last couple of days, I have had some trouble with enjoying it, so it was nice just to let the thoughts wander and once again find the joy.
I will let you know more as soon as I get all the new gear, and when everything is in place
